Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Commercial Director for France, you are the main contact for all decision-makers in healthcare institutions (hospitals/clinics) concerning:

  • Our surgical implants for neurosurgery (cranial implants).
  • Our equipment dedicated to skull and spine surgery (dissectors, motors).
  • The associated consumables
  • Your mission is to grow the revenue in your geographical sector covering the Paris region: 75, 77, 91, 93. Your responsibilities include:

    • Increasing sales of NS Cranial products to surgeons and identified institutions.
    • Consolidating the existing client portfolio and prospecting new accounts.
    • Providing tailored solutions after a thorough analysis of your market and its needs.
    • Leading commercial negotiations and managing tenders with relevant stakeholders (biomedical engineer, head of department, surgeon, pharmacist, head of clinic, etc.).
    • Designing and implementing a short and medium-term field strategy in line with the division's strategy to meet and exceed your sales targets.
    • Demonstrating product benefits and features, and their use to surgeons and hospital staff through training and operating room assistance.
    • Monitoring the correct execution of orders in collaboration with all relevant departments.
    • Participating in team meetings, writing activity reports and commercial action plans, and making reliable projections.
    Required Skills

    - Higher university degree

    - Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in customer retention and acquisition

    - Valid driver's license

    Preferred Skills

    - Med tech or high-value equipment sales

    - Proficiency in professional English is a serious asset
