We are looking for a Sales Advisor (F/H) on a fixed-term contract to strengthen our teams during the summer period.

Your main duties:

• Welcome each customer warmly and create a privileged relationship to introduce them to the TEMPUR® universe.
• Identify the needs finely and propose a personalized solution, leveraging your technical knowledge.
• Ensure the follow-up of sales, in liaison with the support services, until the first night of the customer on their new bedding.
• With your team, you ensure to offer a welcoming and inspiring space, while mobilizing together to meet commercial challenges.

In a pleasant atmosphere, you will perfect your sales techniques and apply your product knowledge.

From the start of your contract, a comprehensive "Brand & Products" training will be provided by your manager.

You are passionate about sales and have solid experience in retail, ideally in the world of home furnishings and/or high-value technical products.

Beyond experience, we are looking for a personality:

• Intuitive and perceptive, you are able to easily identify customer needs and adapt your discourse to propose the most relevant solution.
• At ease in communication, you possess excellent presentation and an impeccable sense of service.

Experience in selling high-end products is an asset.

You have proven throughout your career that teamwork, customer satisfaction and fulfillment of commercial challenges were your priorities. Don’t wait, we are waiting for you!

Contract period:

From July 27 to September 27, 2026

Store hours:

Open from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 20:00, and on Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00.

Work organization:

• All Saturdays are worked
• On average, 2 Sundays out of 3 are worked
• One fixed day of rest per week is guaranteed
• Sunday work is paid double and compensated

• Bonuses on monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Restaurant vouchers: €11/day, covered 60% by the employer
• Reimbursement of transport: 75% or fuel allowance
