• Ensures an impeccable store environment, such as respect for visual merchandising, backroom, stock, and presentation at all times of the day, and supports colleagues and managers.
• Proactively informs management of any necessary store improvements to guarantee a luxurious environment at all times.
• Implements all directives related to store and backroom management, stock, and participates in inventories.
• Supports after-sales service clients and ensures follow-up to guarantee impeccable after-sales service.
• Complies with policies and standards established by Richemont.
