Role Overview

The Sr. CRM Account Executive will drive market success for Service Now's CRM and Customer Workflow solutions. Built on Service Now's AI-powered platform, these solutions help organizations unify customer-facing processes, streamline workflows, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through a single system of action.

• Own the full sales cycle for CRM and Customer Workflow opportunities within a designated territory.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution win.
• Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/customer service role.
• Understanding of business sales processes.
