Sales Development Representative

Clear Technologies is looking for a motivated, curious, and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Your mission is to introduce enterprise organizations to modern IT solutions focused on Observability, Automation, AIOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Hybrid IT.

This is an office-based inside sales position where you'll work alongside experienced Account Executives to build pipeline and create opportunities with midsize and enterprise organizations across the United States.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 0-2 years of experience in cold calling, customer service, door-to-door sales, or consultative sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Coachable, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to uncover customer challenges
• Experience using CRM or sales engagement platforms such as Hub Spot, Outreach, Salesforce, or similar

Candidates who embrace modern AI tools and automation will stand out.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• ChatGPT
• Gemini
• AI-assisted research and prospecting
• AI workflow automation
• Zoom Info

Basic understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, storage, or infrastructure

• Create outstanding first impressions with prospective customers
• Learn and confidently communicate Clear Technologies' value proposition
• Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, Linked In, and other channels
• Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to research accounts, personalize outreach, summarize meetings, and improve messaging
• Identify decision-makers and uncover business challenges
• Partner closely with Account Executives to build qualified pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting
• Meet weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals
• Continuously improve your sales process using AI, automation, and best practices
