They seek an inquisitive, hands-on Biomedical Research Associate who thrives at the intersection of biologics, medical devices, and clinical translation. In this groundbreaking position, your lab expertise will fuel the development of cutting-edge products that transform patient care and revolutionize the future of aesthetic and therapeutic treatments
What You’ll Tackle- Own exploratory and pre-clinical studies—design protocols, collect and analyze samples, and convert findings into clear insights for engineering and clinical partners.
- Operate and maintain core instrumentation, calibrating equipment and managing consumables to keep a fast-moving lab running smoothly.
- Bridge the bench-to-prototype gap, working with device engineers to refine concepts and craft validation plans that satisfy quality and regulatory needs.
- Generate crisp technical reports and presentations that translate complex data into business-ready recommendations for leadership and submission packages.
- Represent the research function externally, supporting vendor collaborations, academic partnerships, and limited travel (≈15 %) to contract-manufacturing sites.

- Demonstrated proficiency with tissue culture, histology, and basic biomechanical or biomaterial assays; experience with PCR/omics methods is a bonus.
- Proven ability to work hands-on in a small, cross-functional setting—balancing scientific curiosity with commercial deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency with Microsoft Office and the agility to learn new lab software quickly.
- Full US work authorization and willingness to be on-site every day in Addison, TX (north-central Dallas metro).
- Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives
- Relocation assistance considered for the right candidate.
- 100 % company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees; robust 401(k) match.
- Brand-new 5,000 ft² lab & clinic space, minutes from the Dallas Galleria’s restaurants and retail.
- Direct influence—your discoveries move straight into prototype and clinical pipelines.
