Jurist Privacy & Compliance Internship

Our internship in a few words:
We are looking for our future Privacy & Compliance Lawyer intern based in our Parisian offices (between Paris 17th and Levallois-Perret).
For this position, a first experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Law are necessary.
Attached to our Legal Manager and DPO, your missions will be the following:
Privacy (GDPR / AI / Cybersecurity)
- Follow-up of treatments and treatment registers with the DPO and the AI representative
- Audit of teams and follow-up of the Group’s compliance
- Awareness and training of teams on the respect of GDPR and AI, and on the good practices to adopt in terms of privacy
- Updating of documentation (privacy policy and cookies, NDA, DPA, etc.)
- Support of operational teams and provision of legal recommendations
- Impact analyses and DPIA
- Deployment of documentation and follow-up of cybersecurity actions with the DPO and CTO
- Participate in various Ethics and Governance topics of the group and their deployment to operational teams
- Participate in the implementation of the group’s compliance program: code of conduct, IT security, policies and procedures
- Carry out a watch in terms of Ethics and Governance
- To be a student or holder of a Master’s degree specialized in Digital Law, or a law student with a Master’s degree specialized in Digital Law
- To have a first experience in a law firm or in a company, ideally within a privacy team
- To have solid knowledge in business law and digital law / platforms
- To have an excellent spirit of synthesis and analysis
- To have a B2 level in English or the desire to improve
- To like teamwork
- To be rigorous, dynamic, a force of proposal, curious with a real thirst for learning and gaining responsibility and autonomy
- Start of contract from July
