Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.

• Must have Valid Driver’s License with no accidents, tickets, DUI in the last 3 years.
• Education and Experience:
  
  High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical
  
  Skills:
  
  Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (e.g., Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning).
• Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification preferred but not required.
• Opportunities to advance into:
  Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT).
• Ability to perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services as offered by the company; compensation levels reflect experience and certifications; commissions may be available on top of hourly rate.
• Complete reporting and documentation for the job, communicate effectively with customers, and perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
