Job SummaryThe installer is responsible for ensuring that the install is complete and correct per the plans. They are responsible for communicating any issue or questions to the Site Manager or Regional Manager, balancing workload at the site and assigning daily activities as needed to get a complete install.

- In addition to installing countertops, at the end of installation, work to finish trimming and detailing the house.
- Avoid back charges; it is critical all jobs must be installed on time.
- Maintain work schedule.
- Installer’s report to work job site as directed by Site Manager.
- Prior notification is required in the event you are unable to show up for work at the designated time and place.
- Experienced and familiar with hand and power tools used for installing countertops.
- Able to read counter top layouts.
- Ability to work and supervise a team.
- Load and unload material/tools.
- Jobsite setup and organization.
- Performs other duties as required.
- 4 years minimum of hands‑on working as a counter top installer.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.
