Position Summary
The Foreman is responsible for supervising electrical crews on large-scale commercial and mission critical job sites. This role ensures daily work activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices.
Plan daily tasks in alignment with project schedules.
Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project specifications.
Maintain productivity and quality control on assigned scopes of work.
Communicate progress and challenges to the Superintendent.
Assist with material management and tool coordination.
Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability on-site.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
Experience leading crews on commercial or mission critical electrical projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Commitment to job site safety and quality workmanship.
