RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is a technology-enabled property management service and platform focused primarily on single-family rental homes and small residential portfolios across the United States.

Originally known as Renters Warehouse, the company was rebranded in April 2026 after being acquired by GA Technologies.

The Leasing Field Coordinator supports the Leasing PM by executing field operations and on-the-ground leasing activities for active rental listings. This role ensures properties are rent-ready, accessible for showings, and properly maintained throughout the leasing lifecycle.

1. Conduct property checks for vacant listings to ensure show-ready condition.

2. Complete rent-ready verifications and report issues to Leasing PM.

3. Install, program, and remove lockboxes and access devices.

4. Ensure signage is installed and maintained where applicable.

5. Support property turns including readiness verification.

6. Confirm showing readiness and troubleshoot access issues.

7. Conduct in-person showings when required.

8. Provide field feedback on property condition and pricing perception.

9. Conduct pre-move-in inspections and document condition.

10. Assist with move-in readiness including keys and access.

11. Update property notes and inspection results in systems.

12. Communicate field updates to Leasing PM.

13. Track lockboxes, keys, and access inventory.

14. Coordinate with maintenance teams for issue resolution.

15. Collaborate with Listing Coordinators and centralized teams.

16. Escalate urgent issues to Leasing PM.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in the field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with mobile apps and cloud-based systems.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Reliable transportation. Ability to travel daily.

High School Diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of property management, leasing, or related experience preferred.

Frequent standing, walking properties, climbing stairs, and driving. Ability to lift light equipment.

Field-based role with 60–80% travel within assigned market. Exposure to outdoor environments and varying conditions. Rest of the time is onsite: 8580 Belleview Drive, Suite 310, Plano, TX 75024
