We are currently seeking additional skilled technicians in Dallas, TX and the surrounding area. Candidates with an aptitude in technical trades and a background in Field service or Restaurant Equipment are preferred.

Turbo Technicians is an authorized service agent for Turbo Chef specializing in repairing all lines of O.E.M. equipment.

• Provide professional, courteous, and motivated service to deliver the highest value to customers.
• Perform reactive 24-hour service including equipment troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and product performance through timely repair, installation, and removal of commercial restaurant equipment.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and cleaning.
• Order and schedule delivery of repair parts and maintain inventory.
• Accurately record and complete work orders while maintaining documentation in line with company policy.
• Interact effectively with internal dispatch, management, warehouse, and technician teams.
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep service vehicle clean and neat.

• Experience troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.
• Knowledge of basic electricity (amperage, voltage, resistance) and ability to read basic equipment schematics.
• Proficiency with multimeter usage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Familiarity with basic tools and multimeter.
• Basic MS Office skill set.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency in responsiveness.
• Adaptability to workplace environment and organizational change.
• Reliability, punctuality, and conscientiousness regarding product performance.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy restaurant equipment when required.
