Overview

Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products, including diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Use a variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.
- Drive to customer sites within assigned territory, track inventory supplies, and keep customers informed on scheduling.
- Develop professional customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate progress in technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques and productivity.
- Log service visits and document updates for each client account.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.
- Participate in hands‑on and computer‑based training on current and upcoming technology products & services.

- 0–2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Reliable transportation to drive to customer sites daily.
- A+ or N+ certification and exposure to IT networks is a plus.
For internal applicants: required Konica Minolta certifications include Outward Associate, Outward Professional, Outward Expert – Office Solutions, KMBS Controller (Emperor), and Classroom. Minimum of high school diploma or GED required. Technical school training preferred. 1–2 years of experience in technical/repair of business equipment. Certified on N+ or equivalent. Additional IT certifications or training are a plus.
