Position Summary: This position's responsibility is for the installation, troubleshooting and repair of Zenner products primarily in North America.

Essential

Skills and Experience:

• Associates degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience servicing AMR/AMI equipment
• Must have successfully field installed and maintained a fixed network AMI product
• Must have experience working with sub-contractors.
• Must have good communications skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, debug and maintain all Zenner products – 50%
• Provide high‑end troubleshooting and repairs while maintaining quality assurance on Zenner’s entire product line – 15%
• Regularly assist customers, resellers and Zenner sales personnel with product support to solve operating problems through telephone communication or field visits – 10%
• Conduct technical training programs with resellers and customers as required – 10%
• Prepare technical reports for customers and management as required – 5%
• Assist with the field testing of new products to ensure performance reliability
