Technicien De Maintenance Multitechnique (H/F)

The Maintenance Multitechnique Department in the Ile-de-France region is looking for its future technician of multitechnique maintenance (H/F), based in Paris (75019).

As a technician of multitechnique maintenance (H/F), your role will consist of:

• Intervening on the following technical installations: HVAC, plumbing, and electricity
• Ensuring the longevity and proper functioning of technical installations, in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance operations, in accordance with the intervention orders generated by the CMMS
• Ensuring your own safety and that of the installations, by strictly applying the guidelines and procedures in force
• Ensuring the quality and compliance of installations, guaranteeing a high level of reliability and performance expected on a high visibility site

With a technical training in climate engineering or equivalent, you have confirmed experience in HVAC maintenance. Autonomous and committed, you manage your missions with full responsibility, showing initiative and a high level of quality in your tasks. You also demonstrate good interpersonal skills to maintain a quality relationship with clients, as well as great rigor in administrative follow-up and traceability of your activities.
