Lead Salesforce Developer/ Architect

Monday to Friday, Standard working hours
As a Lead Salesforce Developer/ Architect supporting the Sales Cloud team, the role is to deliver impactful solutions that drive sales success. The candidate will collaborate closely with marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution and master the entire project lifecycle to deliver high-quality results.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Architecture
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud data modeling, security, approval processes, and scalable automation (Flow Builder), with ownership of end-to-end technical design.
Advanced Salesforce Development (Apex & LWC)
Strong hands-on coding in Apex, LWC, Aura, Batch Apex, and SOQL, with a focus on performance optimization and Salesforce coding best practices.
AI & Agentforce Implementation
Practical experience implementing Agentforce solutions using Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Atlas Reasoning Engine to deliver AI-driven business automation.
Enterprise Integrations & Security
Proven ability to design and implement secure REST/SOAP integrations and middleware-based data synchronization within regulated, enterprise (banking/financial) environments.
Technical Leadership & Dev Ops Governance
Experience leading architecture, mentoring developers, enforcing coding standards, and managing CI/CD using SFDX, Bitbucket, and automated testing.
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience, with strong experience in Sales Cloud
- 3+ years of experience working in a Lead/ Architect role
- Experience with Sales Cloud
, Marketing Cloud (highly preferred due to interaction with it) - Experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, Batch Apex, SOQL
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and approval processes
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools
Hourly Rate: $70 - $73 per hour (based on location)
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
