Java Developer; Azure & life insurance

We are currently seeking a Java Developer (Azure & life insurance) to join our team in Addison, TX (hybrid).

• Perform peer reviews and ensure that enhancements meet the required performance standards.
• Exposure to Azure Spring Apps, Azure Service Bus, Enterprise Integration patterns; expertise in integrating DB patterns with Spring JPA and knowledgeable in software development design patterns (Nice to have).
• Solid experience on unit test frameworks using JUnit, Mockito or Power Mock.
• Experience in Insurance domain is a plus.
• Good to have GIT, Swagger, any middleware tech such as Active MQ or Azure Service Bus.
• Good API skills technology such as Rest Webservice.
• Own L2/L3 support for Java Applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis, create permanent fixes with dev/infra teams and maintain runbooks/knowledge base.
• Monitor Application health, coordinate incident calls and communicate status to business stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor the support team and with offshore/remote teams as needed.

• 5+ years of experience with Java Full Stack Development & enterprise solution design.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure Spring Apps.
• 5+ years of experience with life insurance industry.
