Job SummaryWe are seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to lead the development of automated test scripts for our Salesforce ecosystem. You will focus on improving test coverage, reducing manual regression efforts, and ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce (Sales/Service/Health Clouds) and external systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain robust Selenium‑based automation frameworks from scratch, typically using Java or Python.
- Automate critical business flows including login, lead conversion, and record creation within the Salesforce Lightning UI.
- Validate complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Integrate automated test suites into Dev Ops pipelines using tools like Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or Jenkins to enable continuous quality gates.
- Perform root‑cause analysis on failures, conduct defect triage, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely closures.
- Participate in sprint planning, provide feedback on technical design documents, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation engineering, with a strong background in Selenium Web Driver, test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber, and proficiency in Java or Python.
Hands‑on proficiency with Lightning Experience, Sales/Service Cloud, FSC, Git, Azure Dev Ops, and CI/CD workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
