Join Tomorro
Tomorro is the Contract Lifecycle Management platform that reinvents how legal, finance, and business teams work together on contracts. Our mission: to eliminate contract friction so teams can move faster, with more confidence and impact.
Since our pivot to AI-native, we are not just adding AI to an existing product: we rethink every workflow around intelligent agents that assist, automate, and sometimes replace low-value tasks. Result: a product that saves our clients hours per week on demanding legal topics.
An AI-first culture
At Tomorro, everyone is an AI builder, not just the tech. Care, CSM, Ops, Sales, Product: each team builds, prompts, automates, and codes. AI is not a separate project, it's our daily way of working.
Concretely, every Thursday afternoon, we stop the run to work cross-team on AI topics: new agentic workflows, internal automations, tool exploration, side projects that can become features.
You will join a team that treats AI as a lever of ownership: if you have an idea, you have the means (and time) to test it.
Your RoleWe are launching a new part of the product with the freedom of 0 to 1 and the solidity of an established scale-up. One day you choose the stack and lay the foundations of a new module; the next day you debate the first pilot users and ship the V1 in production. You do not join an existing team to add increment: you frame one, write the first standards, attract the next profiles.
At Tomorro, this means working hand in hand with the founders and product leadership on the most ambitious bets, notably the AI-native turn.
Launch new products or modules from scratch, from the blank sheet to production.
Frame the structural technical choices, stack, architecture, data model, patterns, keeping time-to-value as the compass.
Ship fast and well, solo or with a pair, keeping the level of exigency of a scale-up in production.
Influence the roadmap, product hypotheses, priorities. Here, the strongest ideas win, no matter their origin.
Lay the first standards (tests, observability, security-by-design) that will hold when the team grows from 1 to 10.
Attract the next engineers by contributing actively to the culture, technical interviews, hiring choices.
After 6 months, you will have:
Delivered a first version in production of a product or module of which you are the owner
Laid the technical foundations (stack, architecture, observability, security) that will support the future
Contributed to structuring the first real uses with pilot clients or internally
Helped recruit at least one additional engineer in your perimeter
After 12 months, you will have:
Taken your perimeter from 0 to 1 to product-market fit, with clear adoption metrics
Structured a small team around you and installed the execution rituals
Carried out a major strategic decision (pivot, build vs buy, redesign) that orients the product durably
Installed the engineering and culture standards that set the reference beyond your perimeter
5+ years of experience, ideally with one or more experiences in very early stage (seed, series A, or founding team)
You have already launched a product from scratch to production, not just maintained or grown the existing one
Strong mastery of the modern web stack:
Type Script, React, Node/Nest, clean data layer, assumed architecture choicesExceptional product sense: you understand what matters to the user before the PM has formalized it
Total ownership, zero posture: you ship, you run, you debug in prod
Strong appetite for AI-native: you have already integrated LLMs, agents, evals in production
Ability to frame a team without formal authority, and to recruit
HR Screening: 30 min video call with Barbara, Recruiter
Background Interview: 1h video call with Celestin, Engineering Manager
Case Study: 1h in our offices with Diane, Product Manager
Final Review: 45 min video call with Theiss, CPO
