About Us

When Maxime and I met in business school, we quickly realized we would start our business together.

Trained as brokers, and after a few years in the workforce, we created Persona Courtage in 2015 and Helloprêt in 2018.

In a few numbers, here’s what it looks like:

• A Series A funding of 4 million euros in 2019
• 40 employees today
• 7,000 households financed since our inception
• 2.1 billion euros of loans financed
• A strategic partnership in 2022 with the American group NOMAD HOMES

After several crises and an economically challenging environment, we now understand the importance of the broker’s role for individuals embarking on a home acquisition project.

Despite the great technological advances of our time, nothing replaces the human contact with clients, real estate agents, and banks, nor the expertise related to the management of loan files.

Since its creation in 2014, Helloprêt, a company specialized in brokerage, has grown a lot:

The company has equipped itself with a simple, secure, and intuitive digital platform that has accompanied more than 10,000 clients since its creation with a network of partners composed of 70 banks;

A takeover by the real estate group NOMAD HOMES in 2023 specialized in real estate search and specialized support for buyers.

In addition to an uncapped remuneration and a very competitive commission rate, we allow you to receive an additional commission on the turnover of all the brokers you bring into the structure.

In practice, each month, a percentage of 5% on the turnover of the agents you have recruited is returned to your overall turnover

Once integrated, if you wish, you can also take on a role as a mentor and ambassador with a mission bonus included. In practice, you can become an entrepreneur within the company with your own team.

This sponsorship and mentoring system is free; but it allows you to develop a passive income on the results of your team!
