Your mission: go beyond POCs and build production-ready systems using generative AI.

Join our Data Intelligence community to tackle the biggest challenge of AI for businesses today: scaling up. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will not just call APIs. You will design, code, and deploy robust architectures (RAG, agents) that can run in production with real constraints of cost, latency, and security.

You will work on the following missions:

• Implement RAG solutions, AI agents, and business assistants.
• Integrate LLMs into existing systems and orchestrate their interactions.
• Optimize prompts, embeddings, and orchestration chains to improve relevance and performance.
• Manage the cost, latency, and security issues of GenAI solutions.
• Implement best practices for governance and compliance for generative AI.
• Collaborate closely with Data, IT, and business teams to ensure the coherence of solutions.

Your daily challenges:

You will work on the entire project lifecycle, from consulting to coding:

• Frame and architect: analyze the business need to define the best strategy (RAG, agents, fine-tuning) and the stack adapted to the client's environment.
• Industrialize: develop robust and modular code (Python) to integrate LLMs into existing IT systems (API, Data Lakes) and move beyond the POC logic.
• Optimize and secure: ensure the viability of solutions by controlling costs/latencies (LLMOps) and implementing security barriers (guardrails).
• Accompany: popularize technical concepts and guide client business and IT teams in the adoption of these new technologies.

Your technical palette:

We are not looking for an expert in a single tool, but an engineer capable of navigating various ecosystems. Here are the technologies on which you will be involved and advise:

• The foundation: indispensable mastery of Python and software engineering best practices (Clean Code, Git, CI/CD) to ensure the robustness of deliverables for our clients.
• LLM and orchestration: ability to orchestrate complex chains (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel) and choose the right model for the right use (OpenAI, Azure AI, Bedrock, Vertex AI, or open-source solutions like Mistral/Llama).
• Data and vector bases: know how to integrate the solution into the client's data ecosystem, whether on Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or directly via pgvector/Elasticsearch.
• Architecture and cloud: ease of deploying on AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise constrained environments.
• LLMOps: implement monitoring and evaluation tools adapted to the client (Lang Smith, MLflow, Ragas, etc.).

Your profile:

• Experience:
  
  you have a solid background in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering (min. 2 years) and have pivoted to generative AI with concrete first achievements (advanced professional or personal projects).
• Versatility: you do not get stuck if the client uses Azure instead of AWS. You learn quickly and know how to adapt to constraints (legacy, banking security, etc.).
• Advisory posture: you can popularize complex technical concepts. You are able to explain why a RAG is necessary (or not) to a business director.
• “Prod-Ready” mindset: you code cleanly. You know that the value of a consultant is measured by the sustainability of what they leave behind.
