As a key member of our team, you will leverage your skills in software development, application architecture, and problem-solving to create fast prototypes and production-ready solutions. You will use AI-powered development tools to improve code quality, automate daily tasks, and accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards. As an AI Native
- Software Engineer Senior, your mission is both internal and external. Externally, with clients, you are expected to:

• Write code according to best practices and the software craftsmanship ethos, augmented by AI.
• Design simple and scalable architectures tailored to various situations and demands using AI-based approaches.
• Be a force of proposal to your client and co-team members to discover, test, and adapt the most suitable tools and methods for the context of your mission.
• Leverage AI tools to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct code, accessibility, performance, and security audits by blending your expertise and AI-assisted analysis.
• Listen, reformulate, translate into diagrams, create, and facilitate workshops to ensure continuous mutual understanding.
• Participate, lead, and/or organize agile ceremonies in place on your projects.
• Collaborate on the R&D of our ever-evolving Gen-e2 methodology with our expert teams.
• Stay alert to emerging technologies and AI development practices.

• You have 5 years or more of IT development experience on several of the following technologies:
  Java 17/25,.net, React, Angular, Swift, Kotlin, etc.
• You are sufficiently technology agnostic to appreciate the discovery and implementation of other stacks; and are interested in cross-functional roles when the quality of the project depends on it.
• You are proactive, curious, and open to other logics and other journeys.
• You master the use of one or more AI code assistants (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Continue, Code Assist, Cursor…) for code generation and problem-solving.
• You understand the principles of prompt engineering for optimal interaction with AI tools.
• You have critical and analytical thinking to validate and verify the code and solutions generated by AI.
• You have a permanent willingness to learn and stay informed about the rapid evolution of the AI landscape.
• You are sensitive to social, environmental, and Tech For Good issues and integrate them into what you build.
• You speak English (even with a strong French accent) to exchange with your international peers. Other foreign languages are also appreciated.
