ThursdAI: every Thursday afternoon, we stop the run to build cross-team: new agentic workflows, internal automations, exploration of tools and side projects that directly impact our daily life and performance.

At Tomorro, we are looking for a Product Builder who takes an outcome, understands the user problem, and iterates until it really works in production. One day you ship a new end-to-end contract workflow, the next day you plug in an AI agent that saves 30% of time for legal teams using the product. You join an "Impact Teams" organization in full AI-native pivot, where velocity counts as much as production rigor.

Your playground: a modern Type Script stack, a B2B product used by demanding legal teams, and a culture of ownership where decisions are made where the code is shipped.

• Ship fullstack features in production: UX, frontend, API, data model, integrations, and iterate post-release.

• Own the complete cycle: architecture, implementation, deployment, observability, run.

• Collaborate closely with PM, Design, Sales, CX, and Security to transform vague needs into simple and robust solutions.

• Make decisions: speed vs. foundations, build vs. buy, quick win vs. long-term investment. You make your decisions explicit.

• Contribute: you identify frictions, you standardize, you promote patterns that deserve it.

• Automate in an agentic-first mindset: copilots, agents, internal tooling. AI is a lever, not a gadget.

• Taken ownership of a product domain and regularly shipped with a low QA return rate.

• Gained autonomy over the full cycle from spec → build → release → monitor → iterate.

• Strengthened the safeguards of your perimeter: tests, monitoring, alerting, security-by-design.

• Proposed at least one structural improvement in process or tooling.

• Established your reference in one or more domains, and pulled the team up on quality, speed, and use of AI.

• Carried a structural initiative (refactor, performance, reliability, standardization) with a measurable business impact.

• Contributed actively to the Tomorro operating model (impact teams, metrics, paved roads) and to the culture of high ownership, low ego.

• 5+ years of building and shipping fullstack products in production.

• Strong mastery of the modern web stack:
  Type Script, React on the front side, Node/Nest (or equivalent) on the back side, with a real sense of architecture.

• Strong product sense: you understand a need, you simplify, you prioritize, you iterate.

• Asserted ownership: you take a subject from end to end, you assume the run, you make explicit decisions.

• Production rigor: tests, observability, performance trade-offs, security, and privacy by design.

• Clear communication with PM, Design, Support, Business, Platform.

• Comfortable in an AI-native environment: you use copilots and agents to accelerate, and you know how to frame the risks (data leakage, evals, traces).
