Software Engineer Fullstack

Theodo has experienced exceptional growth over 15 years: our teams bring together more than 700 Theodoers, mainly software engineers, passionate about technology and continuous improvement.

In 2025, Theodo Group generates 100M€ of revenue. The Retail Tech practice brings together our retail and e-commerce clients: actors who transform the shopping experience of millions of users, both in-store and online. It brings together product, tech, and design teams that support them daily on high-stakes business programs. It is a field in full structuring: we build the product community, we tool the staffing, we animate the collective rituals (all-hands, dojos), and we contribute to pre-sales to grow the portfolio.

You will join a tech community of more than 120 Theodoers: software engineers, tech leads, engineering managers, and architects, with whom you can exchange, learn, and progress daily. At Theodo, techs work in project teams, constituted according to the needs of each client. You will be part of a team of Theodoers of human size (4 to 5 people), bringing together software engineers, tech lead, and product manager.

Together, you will collaborate closely with the client, with regular exchanges to share your progress, deepen the understanding of their problem, and evolve the product as close as possible to the needs of its users.

As a Software Engineer Fullstack at Theodo, your mission will be to design and develop useful, performant, and sustainable digital products to meet the challenges of our clients and their users. Throughout your projects, you will be accompanied to grow your skills and learn to write quality code, understand product issues, and intervene on the entire lifecycle of an application, from conception to deployment.

What you will learn as a Software Engineer at Theodo:

• Understand your client's problem and respond with a performant, maintainable, and value-oriented product, intervening throughout the production cycle, from conception to deployment.
• Produce quality code on time, integrating tests, refactoring, and team technical standards, regardless of the technology used.
• Conduct technical investigations, debug effectively, and correct defects in a sustainable way, in any type of environment.
• Deeply analyze problems in the code to develop your problem-solving spirit.
• Work with an LLM to accelerate developments.

The problems and technologies are very different from one project to another, here are some examples:

• iDealwine®: a global leader in online wine auctions has engaged the migration of its monolithic e-commerce site to a composable architecture to gain scalability, security, and technological mastery. After 2 months of framing, Theodo teams have piloted a design-to-cost approach to modularize the platform and migrate 20 years of history in 14 months, respecting the budget and schedule.
• Sevetys: complete redesign of a business web app with two strategic aspects: a tool for booking appointments for animal owners and a back-office dedicated to veterinarians. Two product teams have piloted the reconstruction of the platforms from end to end, joined at the end of the project by a data team to structure and value the data. Main challenge: a coordinated large-scale production deployment, involving numerous veterinary clinics, without interruption of activity.
