Technology Lead / Architect / Sr Architect – Java

We are seeking experienced Java professionals to lead and architect solutions across multiple client engagements.

Employment Type: Full‑time / Permanent

Responsibilities: Lead and mentor junior developers, perform performance tuning, review design and architecture, support the entire development life cycle, and travel as required for client engagements.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (one year of relevant work experience may substitute for each year of education).
• At least 6 years of Java/J2EE experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced Java expertise.
• Experience with Oracle database, SQL/PLSQL.
• Strong performance‑tuning skills.
• Ability to work in a global delivery environment.

Responsibilities: Lead development activities, review architecture and design, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and travel as required.

• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 4 years of Java/J2EE experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the software development life cycle.
• At least 3 years of experience in project life‑cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multi‑stakeholder team environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

• At least 7 years of experience in the software development life cycle.
• At least 7 years of experience in project life‑cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multi‑stakeholder team environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Employment Type: Full‑time

Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable, concurrent, distributed fault‑tolerant real‑time web applications using Scala, Akka, Play Framework, and related technologies; guide architectural decisions and mentor development teams.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education).
• At least 11 years of experience in IT.

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 9 years of experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful Services, Scala, Akka, and Play Framework.
