Who

are we looking for?

The Intern is a college-level problem solver who learns quickly and enjoys building. We are looking for someone with minimal or no professional experience but a strong track record of project work—coursework, capstones, hackathons, or personal builds that demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and the ability to take an idea from concept to a working solution. A genuine interest in AI, automation, and emerging technology is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, and test AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Support the full agent lifecycle—design, build, test, deploy, and iterate in an enterprise environment.
  • Collaborate with other engineers on the AI Enablement team, contributing to shared standards, reusable components, and best practices.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into agent capabilities, conversation flows, and actions.
  • Assist with connecting agents to enterprise data sources, systems, and APIs (e.g., Power Platform connectors, SharePoint, Dataverse).
  • Help test, debug, and validate agent behavior for accuracy, reliability, and responsible‑AI and governance standards.
  • Document agent designs, configurations, and processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, demos) and contribute ideas in team brainstorming sessions.
  • Perform additional AI Enablement project tasks as assigned.
Experience And Education
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/AI, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated project work (academic, hackathon, internship, or personal) that shows the ability to build and ship a working solution—solid project work matters more than years of experience.
  • Exposure to low‑code/no‑code or agent‑building platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), or similar.
  • Foundational programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar).
  • Familiarity with, or strong interest in, generative AI, large language models, prompt design, and conversational/agentic AI.
  • Microsoft certifications are a bonus—foundational credentials such as AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals) and advanced certifications (e.g., AI-102, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or Copilot/agent‑focused credentials) are a plus, as is a willingness to earn them.
  • Comfort working with data and APIs and connecting systems together.
  • Exposure to collaborative development tools and Agile/Dev Ops practices (e.g., Git, Azure Dev Ops, Jira) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering and business teams.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
