C# Software Developer
Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS®) is seeking a C# Software Developer to join our mortgage technology team. You'll own the full SDLC —from discovery and requirements capture through solution design, development, QA, and production deployment—for our Loan Ware® product suite serving the residential and commercial mortgage industry.
You'll collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and engineering leadership to translate business needs into well-architected, maintainable software.
What You'll Do
- Requirements & Discovery – Partner with business analysts and domain experts to elicit, refine, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Solution & Data Design – Contribute to application architecture, service/API design, and database schema design (T-SQL).
- Build & Deliver – Design and develop application features in C# /.NET, write unit and integration tests, and support deployment to production.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align with product, QA, and operations stakeholders throughout design, sprint, release, and post-release review cycles.
