Job Description We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ReactJS, Java (Spring Boot), databases, Kafka, containerization, and cloud-native architectures and a proven ability to design, build, and optimize scalable web applications that deliver secure and reliable user experiences. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using ReactJS and Java Spring Boot. Build and consume RESTful APIs with attention to performance and security. Implement Kafka-based integrations and microservices where applicable. Develop responsive, accessible UI components and manage state effectively. Write efficient SQL, tune queries, and ensure reliable data persistence. Containerize services and support deployments on Open Shift, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end and back-end components. Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to code reviews and best practices. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack roles. Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including components, hooks, and state management (Redux or Context API). Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for RESTful services.

Experience with Open Shift containers. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of databases with strong SQL and performance tuning skills. Experience building and consuming RESTful web services. Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Kafka, and modern tooling (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn). Knowledge of Git and version control best practices. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to diagnose and optimize application performance across the stack.

Preferred

Skills:

UI/UX best practices with collaboration experience alongside designers. CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops. Performance optimization across UI and backend layers. Unit testing frameworks:
Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, Mockito. Automated front-end build and testing tools:
Webpack, Vite, Cypress, Playwright. Database performance tuning and PL/SQL optimization. State management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or MobX. Security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, secure coding, and data protection. Dev Ops-oriented practices and deployment automation support.
