Role Summary

The RMA Specialist II supports Rebel Athletic’s Operations team by owning the returns process from initial submission through final resolution. This role is responsible for managing return workflows, conducting quality inspections, processing refunds and exchanges, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring returned inventory is properly handled and accounted for.

This position handles more complex returns and escalations while working independently within established processes and policies. The RMA Specialist II also partners closely with Sales Operations, Fulfillment, Customer Care, and other cross-functional teams to resolve return-related issues and keep products and orders moving efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable balancing system-based processing with hands‑on warehouse responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Returns Management
  • Manage the full return lifecycle from submission through final disposition
  • Review return submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
  • Generate return labels and ensure each return is processed correctly
  • Conduct detailed quality control inspections on returned products
  • Enter RMAs and exchange sales orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Submit, track, and reconcile refund requests through completion
  • Oversee re‑bagging, re‑labeling, restocking, and Fit Kit allocation of returned products
  • Maintain and reconcile the Pending Returns report
  • Monitor return activity and communicate recurring issues, trends, or concerns to management
Pick, Pack, and Fulfillment Support
  • Provide operational and fulfillment support during peak periods
  • Assist with pick, pack, and other warehouse activities as needed
  • Support fulfillment efficiency and shipping timelines
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for minor workflow and process improvements
Escalations and Concessions
  • Serve as an Operations point of contact for Sales Operations escalations related to returns
  • Review and process approved concessions in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to research and resolve return‑related issues
  • Communicate clearly and professionally when coordinating resolutions across departments
Inventory Accuracy and Cycle Counts
  • Lead or support cycle counts involving returned inventory
  • Research inventory discrepancies and assist with resolving variances
  • Ensure returned products are properly classified, documented, and accounted for
  • Support accurate inventory reconciliation and proper product handling
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in returns processing, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or a similar role
