Nursery Practitioner Level 3 – Part Time (Mornings)

Busy Bees is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a part‑time basis, working Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00 (25 hours per week).

You’ll play a key role in supporting children’s early development in a nurturing, high‑quality environment, with opportunities for growth and progression.

Busy Bees Addlestone is a newly purpose‑built nursery with a capacity of 113 children, featuring large outdoor areas that encourage exploration and play. • Create a safe, stimulating environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
• Lead educational activities: plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication skills, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
