• Ability to perform factory scheduled maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, lubrication, fluid top‑ups, tire/wiper/filter replacements, and routine gauge checks (tire pressure, transmission, and power steering fluid)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to participate in classes and training to deepen vehicle knowledge
• Current knowledge of product and maintenance requirements
• Focus on delivering an excellent service experience for every customer
• Prior hands‑on or technical work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
• High‑school diploma or equivalent
