We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Purchasing Clerk to join our team in Adel, GA. The Purchasing Clerk will manage daily purchasing activities, including creating and processing purchase orders, liaising with vendors, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, analyzing costs, and supporting procurement strategies to meet operational needs.

• Knowledge of Steel Building Products and Components is a plus
• Prior ERP Experience
• Proficient knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing procedures
• Experience with Procurement and strong vendor/supplier management skills
• Strong Communication skills for vendor negotiation and internal collaboration
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management capabilities
• Basic proficiency in using procurement or purchasing software is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
