Industrial Paint Technician

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Paint Technician to paint newly manufactured agricultural machinery before it is shipped to customers and dealerships. This is a full-time position located in Adel, GA , with starting pay around $15.00 per hour
.

• Apply paint and coatings to newly built agricultural machinery using air-powered spray painting equipment
• Prepare machinery and surfaces for painting
• Ensure even, consistent paint coverage and a quality finished appearance
• Inspect completed work for runs, missed areas, or other finish issues
• Maintain and clean spray guns and painting equipment
• Follow proper paint mixing, handling, and safety procedures
• Keep the painting and work area clean and organized
• Work with the production team to ensure equipment is completed on schedule

• Previous automotive painting, industrial painting, or air/spray painting experience preferred
• Familiarity with spray guns and air-powered painting equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work around large agricultural machinery
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and ability to work well with a team
• Willingness to follow all required safety procedures

Location: Adel, GA Schedule: Full-Time Starting Pay: Approximately $15.00 per hour
Experience: Previous automotive or spray painting experience preferred
