Infusion Nurse

Per Diem Infusion Nurse – Adel, GA

We are looking for a skilled RN to provide home infusion therapy to patients in Adel, GA and surrounding areas. This is a part‑time, per diem position with variable hours that may include evenings.

Job Type: Part‑time

• Provide direct care for all assigned patients, initiating and maintaining communication with appropriate care team members including pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, home patient representatives, care partners, and community resource staff.
• Evaluate and educate patients and care partners to safely administer home infusion therapy and provide additional instruction as indicated.
• Assess the home environment where care is to be provided and identify interventions required to ensure safety and appropriateness.
• Collaborate with team members to develop the plan of care and evaluate response to therapy at each encounter.
• Manage schedule via the company‑approved platform per company policy, communicating any scheduling changes promptly.
• Coordinate patient care via the approved company platform.
• Participate in the nurse on‑call rotation to ensure continuous nursing support services to customers.
• Document all patient encounters, communications, and care activities at the time of service in accordance with Soleo policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Ensure timely submission of plans of treatment (POT) and required clinical documents per policy and state guidelines.
• Work with appropriate departments to ensure all required patient documents (e.g., consents, POTs) are completed and returned to the branch office within an acceptable timeframe.

• Per Diem, up to 20 hours per week with a variable schedule that may include evenings.
• Holidays and weekends are optional.
• Must be knowledgeable of IV access devices, including IV lines, ports, and administration of infusion medications.
• Must be able to drive up to a 90‑minute radius to see patients as needed; up to 120 minutes in extenuating circumstances (mileage reimbursement and hourly pay provided).
• Must hold an RN license in the state of Georgia.

• Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing in good standing.
• RN degree; bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
• Administrative oversight experience: monitoring workflows, ensuring policy compliance, and managing resources efficiently.
• Emergency availability: able to respond promptly to emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with a background in infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience in ICU and/or cardiac care preferred.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
