This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects. Compensation has a base hourly wage plus additional bonuses and incentives.
Entry level Management Trainees will work and be fully trained in the following areas:
- Face to Face Customer Interaction

- Territory Assignments
- Teaching and Development of Subordinates
