Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a diligent and organized Dispatcher to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth coordination and communication between various departments and field operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and dispatch service personnel and vehicles according to schedule and location needs.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of dispatched calls, services provided, and other relevant details.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor service routes and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changing priorities.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and policies.
  • Assist in resolving any service-related issues by collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Support additional dispatch duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and dispatch software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 3rd shift - 12:00 AM‑8:00 AM
