Experienced CNC Machinist

A direct hire opportunity is available for an Experienced CNC Machinist in Adelanto, CA. This role is ideal for a skilled CNC professional with hands-on experience in machine setup, operation, program editing, precision measurement, and producing high-quality machined components to exact specifications.

This position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule in a manufacturing environment that values quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Perform complete CNC machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, work holding, and program verification.
• Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, horizontal mills, vertical boring mills, and related CNC equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, tolerances, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Identify machining, tooling, programming, or quality issues and collaborate with supervisors, engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate production records, complete inspection documentation, perform routine machine care, and follow all safety and ISO quality procedures.

• Pay range: $25 to $30 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
