Join PACIFIC HEALTH SERVICES INC as a Pediatric Home Health LVN, where you will provide compassionate care to children in the comfort of their homes. This role is perfect for dedicated individuals experienced with trach and gtube looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families.
Day
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 7am-3pm
PM Shift: Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
- Provide education and support to families regarding patient care.
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
- Current California LVN license and CPR certification.
- Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for pediatric care.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
