Your Role

As our Outside Wholesale Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact between High Caliber Organics and licensed cannabis businesses throughout California.

You are the face of our company. While our cultivation team grows exceptional flower, you are responsible for building relationships, generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and representing the quality of our product in the marketplace.

This is an opportunity for a motivated, self‑driven sales professional who understands the California cannabis wholesale market and thrives in an independent, relationship‑based sales environment.

Job Summary

As an Outside Wholesale Sales Representative, you will identify new business opportunities, maintain existing customer relationships, present available inventory, negotiate pricing, and close bulk wholesale flower transactions.

Our cultivation facility has approximately 1,500 pounds of premium indoor flower available for wholesale each month, providing you with a consistent inventory to market and sell.

This position is primarily field‑based and requires regular travel.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with licensed cannabis wholesale buyers.
  • Prospect and acquire new wholesale accounts.
  • Present available flower inventory and educate customers on strain profiles, quality, pricing, and availability.
  • Negotiate pricing and close bulk wholesale transactions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support after each sale.
  • Represent High Caliber Organics professionally at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the California cannabis industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

  • Experience selling bulk cannabis flower.
  • Experience working with METRC.
  • CRM experience.
  • Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and post‑harvest processes.
  • Established buyer network.
Compensation
  • Base Salary:
    Competitive salaried position.
  • Performance Bonus:
    Monthly bonus opportunity based on sales performance.
  • Total Compensation Potential:
    Up to $150,000+ annually for representatives who consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
