- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and financial forecasting with accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
