Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) – Full‑time
$5,000.00 Retention Bonus available.

- Providing direct patient care: assessing medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
- Administering a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the physician.
- Documenting and recording patient condition, and educating patients and families in appropriate therapeutic methods.
- Collaborating with all disciplines to provide patient‑centered treatment and care.
- Valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
- Experience with long‑term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
