OCM Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in digital transformation and data analytics, is seeking a OCM Consultant to join their team. As a OCM Consultant, you will be part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform (EDAP) supporting digital initiatives and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: OCM Consultant

Location: Adelphi, Maryland (hybrid role - on site 2 to 3x a week)

• Lead and manage organizational change management activities for enterprise-wide digital technology initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to maximize user adoption and benefits realization.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and change readiness.
• Conduct impact analyses, risk assessments, and develop change strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee communication plans and facilitate training programs to support smooth transitions and long‑term adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organization development, or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in technology professional services, consulting, or related environments, including leading large‑scale change initiatives.
• Change management certification (Prosci) required.
• Experience with data analytics, AI/ML tools, and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
