Position:
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Location:
Adelphi, MD (University of Maryland Global Campus)
Work Model:
Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite (Remote may be considered only for exceptional candidates)

- Strong domain experience in Data Analytics & ML/AI (Mandatory)
- 7+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
- Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or AI/ML transformation initiatives
- Exceptional communication & stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation / data platform implementations
- Experience in higher education or enterprise data organizations
- Experience setting up enterprise data organization units or governance models
- Ability to share redacted/non-proprietary samples (Change Impact Statements, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Plans)
The OCM Consultant will support enterprise Data & Analytics transformation initiatives by driving organizational change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption of data-driven and AI/ML solutions.
This role will partner with technical and business teams to ensure successful adoption of enterprise data platforms, analytics tools, reporting solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
Core Responsibilities Change Strategy & Execution- Lead end-to-end organizational change management for enterprise data & analytics initiatives
- Develop and execute change strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance
- Conduct change readiness assessments, impact analysis, and risk mitigation
- Define adoption KPIs, success metrics, and performance tracking
- Apply structured methodologies (Prosci/ACMP) across transformation programs
- Engage executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Align business and technical teams with analytics and AI transformation vision
- Develop and execute communication and training strategies
- Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and change readiness programs
- Support enterprise data platform / data warehouse / lakehouse initiatives
- Enable rollout of analytics, reporting, and AI/ML tools across business units
- Help define operating models, governance frameworks, and transition roadmaps
- Translate complex analytics concepts into business-friendly messaging
- Design and deliver training programs for new tools and processes
- Drive user adoption and capability building across teams
- Measure adoption, utilization, and business impact
- 7+ years in Organizational Change Management within technology or consulting environments
- Proven experience in enterprise digital/data transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience with data analytics, AI/ML, or enterprise data platforms
- Ability to influence without authority and work across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- Prosci or ACMP
