* Functional, integration, and regression testing of SaaS platforms
* Test automation development using Playwright and Type Script
* Test planning, test case design, and test execution
* API testing (REST/SOAP), file-based interfaces, and middleware validation
* Defect tracking and test management using Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools
* CI/CD pipeline integration and shift-left testing practices
* Familiarity with AI/LLM-assisted testing tools and techniques
* Minimum of 5 years of a proven track record of architecting and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Type Script.
* Expert-level proficiency in validating the Brightspace (D2L) ecosystem, including the end-to-end automation of complex configurations, LTI integrations, custom workflows, and granular role/permission structures.
* Experience in the education or ed-tech domain, including Student Information Systems such as People Soft (PSFT).
* Experience with integration platforms such as Mule Soft.
* Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Blaze Meter).
* Familiarity with accessibility, usability, or learner-experience testing within LMS platforms.
