SAIC is seeking a Service Now Architect to join our team at Adelphi, MD.
The Service Now Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions to optimize IT service management processes, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, system troubleshooting, upgrades, and platform security, while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Now solutions to optimize IT service management processes.
- Lead the development of custom applications, workflows, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and ITIL standards.
- Perform troubleshooting, system upgrades, and maintain platform security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless functionality.
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent.
- Outstanding customer service skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Preferred:
Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - Preferred:
Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. - Preferred:
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Preferred:
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. - Preferred:
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000.
