- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least (7-9) years of related experience.

- Clearance Requirement: US Citizen with a DoD Secret clearance - SNOW Certified Application Developer
- Any IAT Level III Certification: CASP+ or SECURITYX or CCNP Security or CISA or CISM or CISSP or GCED or GCIH RESPONSIBILITIES This task includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
Support for Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) integration with Service Now development and implementation to meet the design specifications using best practice and out of the box functionality. Assist the Service Now team, service management personnel, enterprise architect, with implementing and sustaining Service Now modules. Work with the key stakeholders within the program and the Service Now functional analyst to ensure successful implementation and roll out and sustainment.

Support the development of integration between Service Now and other enterprise systems. Support the development of complex workflows and the development of new data tables within Service Now to support ongoing work Will generate reports and dashboards within Service Now and participate in peer code reviews. Should be familiar with the Enterprise Configuration Management Data Base (CMBD) and will incorporate Service Now’s CMDB solution that is extended to include capabilities in the legacy CMDB solution #cj #servicenow Apply Now
