Systems Analyst, IT Project Manager, IT Consultant
Koniag Emerging Technologies (KET), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team supporting an Army customer in Adelphi, MD. This position requires an active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and offers an opportunity to work on critical defense programs.

This role will focus on Program Management for Army projects, providing comprehensive project management expertise for complex initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a single point of contact for assigned projects, managing them from original concept through final implementation.
Education and Experience:Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related technical field
5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in defense or government environments
Experience managing complex technical projects from concept through implementation
Demonstrated experience with vendor management and integration
Experience with government ordering systems and processes
Strong background in financial tracking and reporting for government projects
Competencies:
Active Top Secret clearance
Proven ability to manage large projects or significant segments of large complex projects
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex project-related problems and develop innovative solutions
Experience with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Proficiency in developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports
Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination
Ability to interface effectively with end users, stakeholders, and project sponsors
Experience with quality assurance processes and deliverable reviews
Knowledge of vendor management and integration processes
Familiarity with government systems including DISA Direct Order Entry and related platforms
Strong reporting capabilities for financial and operational metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to non-disclosure requirements
Understanding of conflict of interest principles in government contracting
