University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks an experienced servant leader for the role of Assistant Vice President, Facilities. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Facilities, this AVP will lead a team and oversee day-to-day facilities operations and all construction projects across UMGC.
The role requires five years of facilities management and five years of construction experience, with a DC Steam Engineer 3rd class license being mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
