Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate facility layouts.
- Act as a general contractor for new facility launches.
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Identify, elevate, and mitigate risks.
- Apply lean principles and visual management systems.
- Develop and execute quality and process audits.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems.
- In-Depth knowledge of the business and systems.
- Grounded deep in lean principles.
- Ability to lead change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to see risk and bring it forward.
- Ability to mitigate risk.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Business Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a 'Driver' as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
