Responsibilities
  • Serve as a welcoming point of contact for families, staff, and visitors
  • Support enrollment, scheduling, and daily center operations
  • Maintain accurate records, forms, and documentation
  • Assist with communication to families and staff (emails, messages, reminders)
  • Support compliance with licensing, health, and safety requirements
  • Assist leadership with reports, data tracking, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with directors and teaching staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years experience in a licensed childcare setting or administrative role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • Experience with childcare management software a plus
  • CDA or minimum Associated degree in any field requiared
